Hello! I’ve been doing crossfit approximately four years. My favorite lift is a tie between the clean and the snatch. I absolutely love double unders and box jumps, I could do them al day. Active fitness and/or not drinking groups
Are there any GROUPS that you’re a member if that are active involving fitness or not drinking? I am a member of an extremely active biggest loser group and I find it helpful, is anyone else a member of one? I’m looking for one or two more groups and specifically one for less drinking. Thank you.

Meijer I Control meals
Does anyone have any opinions on these? I love them. I weigh them out a second time and each time it’s been a solid 5-8 more grams than the package states. Anyone else run into this? So far they’re very good! I bought a few extra I’m going to try freezing and thawing them as well to see how that works
