Would any ladies like to share their before and after pics? I'm looking for some realistic expectations and motivation. I am weight lifting and doing cardio on a slight calorie restriction. From the top I will think "O wow I am actually getting a muscle there". Then I look in the mirror and it was lies, lies, lies :/

Not losing weight, please help
Hi everyone! I'm on a 1650 calorie a day diet and should be losing about 500g a week. I also do weight training (nothing serious) and cardio three times a week. I put my cardio in very conservatively so that if it says 200 calories, I enter 150, just in case and I stick to my calories strictly. Last weekend I fell off the…
