Holy moly, 10 pounds hey! My son is 2 and 1/2. But the extended breastfeeding took it's toll on my hormones for sure. He has been weaned about 8 months now though. Yes I have noticed days following weight training are not good days to weigh at all. I was thinking I'll weigh only once a month after my period and after rest…

No it doesn't. Might be worth having a hormonal pannel done, especially your thyroid. But first be sure about the actual calories you consume. And excercise frequently, weight lifting boosts metabolism quite a bit and cardio burns fat.

It could be that you are at an ideal weight? Looking at your height is your weight not in range?

I hope so. I really am being strict and it's a bit demoralising. I don't have too much to lose luckily but I'm hoping to reduce my estrogen levels by doing so. I don't want to lower my calories because then I'm just exhausted all day long and I have a very very busy toddler.

O wow, I would not feel well on so few calories. But I am 1,8m tall. I started cardio and weights 3 weeks ago. I don't gain muscle fast at all, but it would be nice thinking that might be it!

Ah. That might explain it. The menstruating female part. My moods have been horrible. I don't understand why, as every article I found says exercise and healthy eating helps this.

Oh I'm a pain in the backside with my exact weights and measures!

I use a scale or appropriate measuring cups and spoons
