Hey guys just have a question. I’ve been drinking these sparkling ice drinks. Very tasty and they say 0 calories and 0 sugars. Need motivators
I’m on a roll with my goal but I know sooner or later I will loose motivation. I need some like minded friends for when that time comes I have the support I will surely need to keep pushing forward and it goes without saying I will do the same

2 weeks in and staying motivated
I’ve been using this for two weeks and the motivation is still going strong. Food is getting repetitive though. I’m trying to lose weight to hopefully be able to run at the paces I used to be able to even though I haven’t “ran” in 7 years.
