Getting back into the rhythm

I was using MFP and loosing weight and it was great. Then I went through an incident that shocked my body, I lost a tremendous amount of weight and I looked terrible. It scared me and I overcompensated by eating way more than necessary and not with good food. I now find myself back at the weight I wanted to shed. But it’s time to get back into the rhythm of things and shed weight in a healthy and constructive way.
