I actually lost weight!
I’ve been a depression eater since 2013 and since then I’ve gained 90 pounds! I recently just got sick of it and I’m so excited to say I’m down 13 pounds in the past month! Doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s a huge deal for me I’m so excited to keep seeing my clothes get bigger!

Lower abdomen workouts
I have stubborn lower abdomen fat that seems to want to stay 😣 any good workout ideas for this? I’ve been doing leg lifts, planks, and that machine where you hold yourself up and lift your legs up lol

Cheat meals
This may be a stupid question, but take it easy on me I’m new to this 😅🙃 is one or two cheat meals a week acceptable if I’m looking to lose weight? Not cheat day, just two cheat meals of my choice to help satisfy my crazy cravings lol

Weight fluctuations
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced weight fluctuations within the first month. I’ve been eating small portions and a lot healthier food, exercising daily and drinking tons of water.
