Lately I’ve been exceeding me calorie count thing. The times where I don’t exceed my calories I find myself lurking in the pantry because I’m hungry. I do eat healthy but I’m still hungry. Any advice?
My intake calorie per day is 1200. Can I eat chips, cookies, soda, etc. as long as I dokt exceed and still see a difference in my body or do I have to cut down on all the fatty foods?
