Has anyone used the Fraser Wilson Fitness program? Looking for some feedback before I join. He has a lean bulk program that I’m really interested in.
Hey people! I'm a 29 year old male, 6'1, 155lbs. Currently in pretty decent shape but want to bulk up more and put on some more muscle. Started using this app to count Macros. Current calorie goal is 2,900. I have found it's pretty hard to hit that every day.
