How to set a goal
I'm 5"4, and weighed about 123 in high school and college. After my first son, I skyrocketed to 163. I have a very small frame, so that was a LOT on me. I set a goal to get to my pre pregnancy weight after my C section with my second son. I have reached that goal, but I still feel huge and floppy. How did you set a goal…
