Hey my fitness friends! How you all doing? After my achievement of 6pack i had a break for 3months..By break i mean i was naughty! Eating everything what’s possible, no balance in nutrition.. i gained 4kg! How do you keep it steady without extremes like that? Any tips please?🙏🏻

App tells you to eat more if you add exercise, help.
I don’t really understand how it works. I been using this app for a week now, it is brilliant for tracking my food intake. But if i add exercise it says I’m under my calorie goal. I can’t add strength exercises i do during the week, as the app only allows cardio. Anyway, is it best to avoid adding exercise here at all then…
