Hi fitness people! Im trying to do low carb, but meat has been really unappetizing lately. Cooking it....eating it...I’m not into either one. Looking for some other low carb protein ideas. Thanks!
Mom bod here. Starting simple - low carb diet + 4 x 30 min elliptical workouts per week. It’s time to take action. After I spend a few weeks getting moving again, I really want to add some spinning and yoga classes too.
