My Fitness Pal vs Lose It App Question
I signed up for both apps. On MFP, 2lbs a week, my goal is 2,700 calories. On Lose It App, it has 3,300 calories for the same 2 lbs a week. Anybody know why there is a difference between the two apps, and which App do you all Recommend, and why? Thanks!

Anyone try The Every-Other-Day Diet
My sister sent me this link regarding the every other day diet. Just seeing if anybody has tried this with success? The book’s author is Krista Varady. The basics are you eat 500 Calories one day, and the next day you eat whatever you want, then you repeat, etc etc.

Weekly goal set to???
Lost 34 lbs since Jan 1st at 2 lbs a week goal. Def went over that amount each week. This gives me now about2,500 cals a day which I seem hungry most days when all Used up. Afraid to change it to 1.5 or 1 lb as I dont want the weight loss to stall out or go much slower. Any suggestions on which weekly goal I should set? I…

Lose It App allows more calories than MFP?
Quic question- When logging same numbers into Lose It and MFP, I am allowed 3,000 calories on Lose it for 2 lbs a week, and only 2,500 calories a week on MFP at the same 2lbs a week. Any reason why the difference between the two apps?

Anybody lose weight while taking blood pressure meds?
Just started my BP meds, for elevated levels of 160/100 ish. Was given 240MG Cartia XT, generic for diltiazem. Read online reviews of weight gain and am worried. Hoping members here have lost weight while taking it. Thanks.
