New to fitness pal but very experienced at yoyo dieting. Time to get it right.
Weight has been a struggle for me for 35 yrs. I am currently 56 and 222 lbs. My highest weight was 266 and lowest 176 using Optavia/Medifast last year. The program is packaged soy food, expensive and very restrictive. I always hear so much about this site. I just need guidance, interaction with people trying, succeeding…
