Baking help! Coconut Flour substitue
How much coconut flour should I use in the recipe below, if I want to make moist banana muffins? I am going to use coconut flour instead of the all purpose flour, and the recipe calls for 2 cups of all purpose flour. Help please! I attached the recipe picture below.
