I am at goal weight and I think my calories are right because I am not gaining or losing. I eat about 50% fat 20% protein and 30% carb. I notice my mid-section getting thick. Does too much fat cause belly fat even if you are normal weight? Thx for your input!
I’m nervous about having to weigh/measure all my foods since on WW there were a lot of no tracking foods. I’ve started serious strength training and need to better fuel my workouts with macro counting. Has anyone switched from WW to help your workouts?
