I am at goal weight and I think my calories are right because I am not gaining or losing. I eat about 50% fat 20% protein and 30% carb. I notice my mid-section getting thick. Does too much fat cause belly fat even if you are normal weight? Thx for your input!

    Fat has nothing to do with that. Its either you still have too much body fat or perception. Have you done measurements?
