Confused about calorie intake
Hi guys, I’m a 22 year old female, 163cm (5ft 4) and weigh around 48kg (107 pounds). I would say I’m skinny fat. I have slim legs but hold fat in my abdominal region and arms. I intend to work out 5 times a week and would like to lose fat and gain muscle. I don’t know if I should be eating in calorific deficit or surplus?…
