Finished Stage 4 cancer fight in Nov. then got shingles for 6 weeks after four weeks I had enough couldn’t stand for more than 20 minutes so started walking and pushing through headaches for two weeks then on 6 week mark I made it 40 minutes so though if I can walk 40 minutes I can workout now picture are from jan14- 160…
