Hi all. I’ve lost 70 lbs, mostly just counting calories but the last few months I’ve been on keto. I now want to move to maintenance, and off Keto (back to just calorie counting. Does anyone know if I can eat a granola bar without coming out of Ketosis? It has 14 carbs, 7 grams fiber...so 7 net carbs. I’m staying under my 20 net carb limit if I eat it...but it just feels so wrong and I’m paranoid!!
