Cut or Bulk?! Help!
Not sure what to do at all! I have been enjoying putting on a little more size with my arms, shoulders and back. However, I have always wanted a six pack and it seems like it’s one or the other?! Can you take a look at my pic and give me some advice? An estimated calorie goal would be great!
