I am just after some help in regards to a solid plan of action. I am 6’2 and around 82kg. I have been wanting to get a six pack for ages but have never really been able to crack it. The app is saying I should be at 1,900 calories per day in order to shed another 1kg. I am unsure of the accuracy with this and would also like to ask the community roughly what kind of body fat % I am at at the moment.
I generally eat well with chicken, veg, porridge in the morning. However, I do occasionally have a chocolate bar here or there. I also have a bowl of plain porridge every morning and workout 3/4 times per week.

I'd say you look 18% b.f. maybe 17.
Are you doing planks and core work ?
Depending on dosage; dark Chocolate is better for you than porridge. Maybe you need to study macros and cico a little more deeply. It is much more about quantities of foods than types of foods.
Abs take a long time, we often hold our very last fat reserves in the stomach.
For reference this is me a measured 20% ... you seem to be leaner but not too much leaner is why I guessed 17 or 18 for you:
