Currently 6"2 and 240lbs. My goal is 200lbs-210lbs. I started back in September of 2018 at 270lbs so I'm down 30lbs so far just looking for some friends to hold me accountable as I've fallen off track a few times lately.
I am 6'2 male and 244lbs. I punched all my information into the app and have been tracking everything at 1670 calories per day. However I have gained... Went from 240 to 244. What is wrong?
