Ok, don’t judge me too harshly, but I crave chalky foods, things with a lot of baking powder, like raw pancake batter, or Bisquick. Anyone have anyidea why? I am wondering if it is because the baking soda relieves upset stomach? Any ideas?
If I use a BMR calculator, I get 1100 calories a day for my body size. But, MFP only goes down to 1200. I am working on getting the right number of nutrients and as long as I skip all junk food, I can make it on 1100. What is the reason for the 1200 limit?
