Pescatarian here. Never liked meat from a really young age. Tried vegan several times, but always end up fatigued and hungry.

Thanks all! I am 57, so no pregnancy, but I did look up pica and it can be a sign of iron deficiency. I usually get restless leg from anemia, but I learned craving chalk can also be a symptom. I will start taking my iron supplements again. (And stop eating raw bisquick!)

For me at 5’2”, I lost 10 pounds. I went from a medium shirt to a small and from small to extra-small pants. All my body parts got smaller, except my upper arms, which remain stubbornly too large for my liking.

Ok, ran the calorie estimator from set up.1400 calories a day to maintain at my current activity level, 1200 if I want to lose 0.5 pounds a week, which I don’t. That sounds doable. I was worried it would give me a much higher number. Thanks!
