Hi! I am 5 ft 7, want to tone my body and loose some stubborn fat, maybe a few pounds down to 127 lbs. I am a healthy weight already. I workout 3 to 4 times a week in the gym, sonetimes with extra cardio kn free days. I went off birth control a few days ago. Birth control pills didnt make me fatter, I actually lost 2…
