Hi! I am 5 ft 7, want to tone my body and loose some stubborn fat, maybe a few pounds down to 127 lbs. I am a healthy weight already.
I workout 3 to 4 times a week in the gym, sonetimes with extra cardio kn free days. I went off birth control a few days ago. Birth control pills didnt make me fatter, I actually lost 2 pounds waterweight first starting it. BUT the side effects in therms of nervousness are making me crazy, I got very emotional and am sure its because of that pill. Also my muscle tone is worse, I feel that estrogen is preventing me from getting a sharp physique, although I didnt gain fat. I just loose muscle.
I want to detox that *kitten* from my body and 2 days ago started a paleo approach to diet. I feel it could help with the stubborn fat too.
Please add me. I would love to communicate with motivated people, maybe also with such that have similar goals etc.
