Calories & Weight Loss - not working
I’m 5’9 and 165lbs. My BMR is 1700 calories, and my caloric needs are about 2800 for my activity level - which is fairly high. I have been eating about 1800 calories a day plus decreasing that by 600 with exercise. I’ve been doing this for about 2 months, and my weight stays the same. I’m feeling stronger but not losing…
