I’ve started up MFP after not using it for a few years. I had great success last time when I combined daily workouts along with smaller meals. Please add me as a friend so we can keep each other motivated.
I just turned 40 and realize I have to work really hard to keep my nutrition in check!! I like to workout but it’s just not enough if I don’t eat right. Anyone else having this struggle? Friend me so we can support each other.
