Only 4lbs down in 3 weeks. Bummed.
Been working with a personal trainer for 3 weeks. He customizes my routines but he’s not with me all the time. Granted, he’s there ever watching. Amazing guy. Mostly strength training. I’m expected to do my own cardio and I’m bad about it. Can’t lie. Was 8lbs down at the doctor 2 weeks ago so I’m like...what gives?!?!…
