Over the past couple of years I have been able to lose over 100lbs (85 on mfp) which is amazing and I’m so very proud of that. Does a pre workout supplement have any benefits when it comes to moderate cardio exercise? I don’t mean like high intensity cardio, but things like running/jogging, elliptical training, etc.
