Cravings - how to fight them?
Hi everyone :) I need your advice: in the last 5 months, I lost quiet a lot of weight by switching to a healthier diet. And recently (about 1-2 months ago) I started to have abnormal cravings. Like, totally abnormal. I can eat a couple of chocolate bars, a whole (!) pizza and some nuts. It really bothers me and I can't…
