Cravings - how to fight them?

Hi everyone :) I need your advice: in the last 5 months, I lost quiet a lot of weight by switching to a healthier diet. And recently (about 1-2 months ago) I started to have abnormal cravings. Like, totally abnormal. I can eat a couple of chocolate bars, a whole (!) pizza and some nuts. It really bothers me and I can't stop it...

    What else has changed? I know for me when I find myself binging it is stress or hormone related. Addressing the cause is what helps me change the behavior.

    How much is 'quite a lot of weight'? Is it possible that you lost a lot in a small period of time? That can sometimes do what you're talking about here.

    What are your stats? How big is your deficit? If it is overly large, it can set you up for binging.
