Hi all, I'm relatively new here, I started running two months or so a go with a goal of getting to 5k. I have reached 5k, but recently i'm finding that my knee is in agony after my runs. Does anyone have any advice for how to treat it? Any help would be amazing!
My friend who is a keen gym goer recommended that I buy a vibration plate to change up my fitness routine and build strength to help my running. So I opted for one from Mirafit because it was way cheaper than others on the market and i'm pretty happy with it so far. But I just wanted to know what you guys think about them?…
