50 year old type one diabetic getting at it!
Hit the trail today and ran a 12 minute mile. Goal is to run two in 18 minutes by June. I set some new goals to stay motivated and not let this 50 year old body beat me. Loving type one diabetic saying hello all and excited to be on this health journey. Goals are to decrease A1C and lose 20 pounds while training for a couple 5k races. Sending out much needed positive vibes! We can do this!
