So I eat about 2 tablespoons of A1 with my meat every other time I eat meat and when I add it into my food diary is claims to only be carbs... so my question is.. is it the good kind of carbs that are healthy for my weight loss journey or not?
Starting this fitness and healthy lifestyle just a couple months before my wedding and I’m super pumped to feel confident and sexy for my husband to be. Wish I would have started this a long time ago! I need a little help with how much to excerise in the week though 😬
