Getting ready for my wedding!

Starting this fitness and healthy lifestyle just a couple months before my wedding and I’m super pumped to feel confident and sexy for my husband to be. Wish I would have started this a long time ago!
I need a little help with how much to excerise in the week though 😬

    I think 2-3 times a week is good to start and once you get a handle on your fitness level you may want to increase it.
