A good and healthy veggy sauce especially cauliflower- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 3 Serrano chilies, stemmed and seeded 1 clove garlic smashed 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt. In a blender Blend until smooth and bright green about 1 min. Refrigerate 1 hour Melody

Ate more than enough veggies but short on protein. Maybe eat yogurt instead of chips.

I got more veggies than needed. Short on protein but increased it by adding protein powder to my yogurt

Met my goals today with chicken stirfry still confused how to log it to get team points.

Motivated to join this challenge to have a goal eat better on a regular bases and to learn from others. I want to simplify my recipes to make it easier to get all my nutrients in. Such as I made extra vegetable and for breakfast I sauté them and throw a couple eggs to make a scramble (bacon grease makes it extra yummmy).
