Hey everyone! 👋🏼 So just signed up for the app this evening and was wondering what helps keep you all motivated? I’ve done Slimming World in the past and fed up of the way it’s done because of hidden calories so I’m now giving calorie counting a go whilst using the app. Sorry if this has already been asked a lot.
