Hey everyone! 👋🏼
So just signed up for the app this evening and was wondering what helps keep you all motivated? I’ve done Slimming World in the past and fed up of the way it’s done because of hidden calories so I’m now giving calorie counting a go whilst using the app.

Motivation is nice, but fleeting. Discipline is what helps keep you on track on those days when motivation decides to up and disappear on you. Eating in a way you enjoy and can sustain long-term as well as maintaining a reasonable deficit also go a long way to helping one stay on track as well.0
