Would like to know peoples opinions about using fat burners and which kind works the best. I have heard they are good and then heard they are bad to use.
Hey all. New to this app. I am looking to loose 20 pounds and tone up. I was working out 5 days a week a year ago and I got sick and lost interest. Now I’m getting back into it but the motivation is not there. I did get a nice work out in tonight with T25 and drank 8oz protein shake. But I just need to keep it up.
