Down 20 lbs and finally below 18% body fat but still so far to go!
So I have the dreaded skinny fat body type, but it was turning into fatty fat so I made some changes! I see progress, but not in the area I want to see it in and still have a ridiculously high subcutaneous fat level for my size. Any tips? Kind words?
