Why am I not loosing weight?
I’m wondering why I’m not loosing weight when I typically have 1,000-2,000cal left over from the day. I burn roughly 1,000-1,500cal during my workouts which consist of 1-2hrs on the elliptical 2-4hrs of walking. And sometimes I do 30min on the stairmaster. I eat 1,200-1,800cal a day and the scale hasn’t budged at all.…
