Why am I not loosing weight?

I’m wondering why I’m not loosing weight when I typically have 1,000-2,000cal left over from the day. I burn roughly 1,000-1,500cal during my workouts which consist of 1-2hrs on the elliptical 2-4hrs of walking. And sometimes I do 30min on the stairmaster. I eat 1,200-1,800cal a day and the scale hasn’t budged at all. Please help me solve this issue, I just want to loose 2lbs. I’m currently 112lbs.

One, 2lbs is going to come off REALLY slowly. Two, odds are good you're not burning anywhere near that calorie amount from the exercise you're doing. Third, if you're not using a food scale you could very well be eating more than you think.
You might also want to consider recomp, 2lbs may not make any visual difference and if you're unhappy with your shape recomp might be more appropriate. Without knowing your height you may very well be well into a healthy weight range as it is, or possibly a little underweight in which case weight loss may not even be appropriate.5 -
Losing weight is difficult. To lose 2 pounds, try a fast. Cut out all sugars. Soon you’ll be losing more than that. Look up foods to eat to lose weight on the web.19

Maybe you’re not getting the most out of your workouts? You could do a high quality 30 mins of cardio and burn the same if not MORE than you would doing a low quality lazy 1-2 hours of cardio. Check out high intensity cardio workouts. They work.0

How long have you been doing this? If you have recently ramped up your exercise a lot, your body may be retaining water, either because you aren't drinking enough or because your muscles need water to rebuild. Give it time.
As others have said, you may also be miscounting either your exercise burn or your food intake or both. At your low weight, you don't need to have a 1000 calorie deficit. You should be aiming at .5 lb a week, not 2 lbs. a week.0
