Meal plan or not?
I have a super busy schedule and I am a bit of a picky eater (on healthy foods.. go figure) . Was wondering how people felt about meal planning and do I plan the full week or should I plan half week?

I need to get back to the gym.. but I havent been in 6 month due to knee injuries. Any ideas on what can do to get some cardio without doing to much to re-injure my knees??

Suggestions on what I should include in meal planning when losing weight. I know protiens.. veggies.. fruits. But what about healthy fats? I am lactose so milk products dont fit well with me at times. Thanks in advance!
