Getting Tired & Hangry!!
I’ve lost 12.5lbs in my first month - almost halfway to my first goal of 30lbs! It has realistically been pretty easy. What to do when you’re sick 😢
What do you do when you’re not feeling well? I feel achy & cold or sinus issues. I know it’s important to keep eating well, but I hate not exercising! I’m on such a good track right now and I hate to backtrack. I’m in Northern MN, so it’s not real warm out yet. Any hints on how to get through this slump?
