Um...so I haven't worked out in...i think 2 days because my thighs were hurting badly. And I was going to work out tonight, but my menstrual cycle started. So how do you still work out when the menstrual cycle starts with all the cramping and stuff?

Calories
So I'm a little new to the calories thing so I need to ask. So the goal is 1200 and I ate 1188 and I'm left with 12 calories. So do I work out to make the calories even less, do I sleep on it, or do i eat something that has 12 calories or more and then work out?

So yesterday was the first day working out and I'm working on my abs. My ribs is hurting now and it even hurts everyone I sneeze. Should I take a break from working out or should I keep going?
