Okay so the first time I tried it wouldnt let me post the picture. So.. I am almost at the 6. The loose skin is probably not going to ever leave. I had 3 beast babies so I have made my peace with it. But at 44 I am happy with where I am so far

New friends to keep motivation
Hello, I had a great workout regimen. AND then I got hurt at work in a really dumb way. Coming off that I am trying to get motivated to workout again. I never really lost the healthy eating. Just getting back to working out is a struggle.

Once again ..
Coming off of a shoulder injury. Still not able to go back at it fully. My youngest are graduating so I can focus on a better me. I have the nutrition pretty well down. Just need help staying on track with working out when I can't do the things I used to love.
