Nearly 3 month of counting calouries 28lb down
I’ve been counting calouries since the 6th of jan and I’ve now lost 28lb,I can see a massive difference in my body and I have gone from a size 16 to a 12 but can even get in some 10s. When to stop
Reposting on here as posted on the wrong forum,lol. How to people know when to stop? I’m a normal bmi now and fit in my UK 10 clothes which was the aim but I still feel like there is room for improvement and keep changing my goal weight, any advice would be appreciated
