Add me please, lost 42lb last year and I’m now back on to loose my last 14lb and want some motivation and hopefully motivate others too

Thankyou, I’m 5”7 and would still like to loose another 8lb or so, my best tips would be to drink lots of water,black coffee helps to suppress appetite and if you have a off day get straight back on it tomorrow. Some days are hard and I’ve literally had to go to bed hungry but it is all worth it in the end

I started at 1200 for soon went up to 1400 ad I was starving on 12, I’m not really one for exercise but I do try to walk more and try to get more steps in

Thankyou guys, I’ve decided to go for around another 8lb just to get to a small UK 10 (I’m a big 10 right now) and then go on to maintaining.

Thankyou for the reply it had helped a lot, I still have a stubborn bit of fat right at the bottom of my stomach but I think there’s a good chance it’s more to do with having kids and it will never go even with more weight loss unfortunately.lol

That is what I use to do, it helps so much to see others before and after pictures, I’ve still got between 8-14lb to loose but we can all get to our goal weight.it will be worth it in the end

It was just a cheap one off amazon,I think it’s more to do with calouries to be honest and I’m 5”7 so it was a low amount of calouries for me. I’ve never been a fitness sort of person so dieting is. The better option for me.lol

Yes, I just made sure I stuck to my calouries and tried to get my 10,000 steps in

1200 cals a day plus a hour walk every week day
