Nearly 3 month of counting calouries 28lb down

I’ve been counting calouries since the 6th of jan and I’ve now lost 28lb,I can see a massive difference in my body and I have gone from a size 16 to a 12 but can even get in some 10s. I would still like to loose another 14lb or so to be in all my 10s but when I first started my journey I enjoyed looking at all the before and after pics so I guess I’m returning the favour.lol.

Wow I am impressed! I am doing exactly as you, ie, 1200 cal/day and I walk 5-6miles (1.5 hours) daily and I have only lost 17lbs since Jan. 14th. I think I could eat ice cubes and not lose weight that fast. Anyway, congratulations and great work!

Yes, I just made sure I stuck to my calouries and tried to get my 10,000 steps in

What type of fitness tracker do you use?

It was just a cheap one off amazon,I think it’s more to do with calouries to be honest and I’m 5”7 so it was a low amount of calouries for me. I’ve never been a fitness sort of person so dieting is. The better option for me.lol

You have got it right-on - " I think it’s more to do with calouries to be honest ".
But . . Walking really is the most under-rated exercise.
    Well done !

You look incredible - amazing job. Thank you for sharing. I am on day 6 and love seeing what others have been able to accomplish. Yesterday when I was feeling the urge to snack I sat down and looked at before/after photos. My urge to snack went away. Great job.

That is what I use to do, it helps so much to see others before and after pictures, I’ve still got between 8-14lb to loose but we can all get to our goal weight.it will be worth it in the end

Those photos are amazing - your stomach looks great. Did you do any exercises to tone it as you lost weight, or is it purely as a result of the weight loss?

You always worry about stretch marks and saggy skin, but honestly, you look fab. Your new weight looks brilliant on you - well done. :)
